As mentioned by @RokuEuniceL, you'll want to reach out to our Accounts and Billing team for issues concerning unrecognized charges. Choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. There should be an option to talk to one of our live representatives.

@Monamiller44, you can find purchases and subscriptions you've made through Roku by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.
