I was charged $99.99 for NFL Game Pass. I did not allow these charges to go on my debit card. I have two accounts and neither show that I have Game pass available yet I was still charged. I emailed you about my issue on Wednesday and only received a response stating that someone would be contacting me shortly and I’ve yet to hear back. I’ve been emailing daily and no response. I need a refund. This is ridiculous.

@Bassman100, you can update the payment method on your Roku account by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.
