From the Roku homescreen, you can find out the email address linked to your Roku device.

Settings...System..About  (The email listed is associated with that device)

Then navigate in a web browser to your Roku Account Dashboard https://www.roku.com/   and login to your account with that email and your password.

After login, select PIN PREFERENCE, and should be able to change pin if you know your old one.

Make sure you are going to the link posted above.  Have to be careful that you type in the roku website correctly when making changes to your account, so you don't land on an unscrupulous website.
