I signed up for a 3 month promotion of Paramount+ that's supposed to run at $3.99 until Feb 25th but now I am receiving an email stating that I will be charged a full $11.99 starting Dec 9th, and apparently it's impossible to reach Roku customer support. I am not paying full price for Paramount but should I trust Roku to honor the promotion price as it shows on my account or should I just cancel?
