OMG!!!! IS THERE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?!?!

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

ANYONE THERE?!?!?!?!?!?!?

MY BANK IS INDICATING A MONTHLY CHARGE FOR A PARAMOUNT SUBSCRIPTION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A ONE TIME CHARGE AND SAVING A WHOPPING $2(?) A MONTH -

IF I CAN'T GET S-O-M-E-O-N-E TO ADJUST THIS I AM GOING TO S-C-R-E-A-M (AT THE V-E-R-Y LEAST)!!!!!!!

You have to start at https://support.roku.com/contactus to get billing support (this is mostly users helping other users), but a one-time charge for a subscription?  I don't think so.  It's not a subscription if it doesn't have a term and as far as I know all subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the term.  If you want to stop that, log into your Roku account using the email address that's displayed on your device under Settings->System->About and you can manage any subscriptions that you have through Roku.  Or maybe you're saying you're being charged $2/month more than you expected?  Either way, contact support if there's questions about your bill.
