Have contacted support for three months and still I get no support. Customer service is very bad. I think I would go for another product and then looking into it seems I can’t fix this problem all I get is emails. Asking if it’s finished or fixed so for no joy.

They are horrible. Their site is designed to screw you over! I can’t access my account because when they send the code to verify it they send it to the wrong address every time although I know they have the correct email because they send me other bs all the time. I spent a half an hour to cancel a subscription last month and they told me they canceled it. Then it happened again this month. I again spent time trying to get access to my account and the guy ghosted the chat when he saw the issue I guess!

@Dman81 Either you have two Roku accounts or you are the victum of a scam. If you have a working Roku device, on that device go to settings, system, about and note the email address listed. Then go to a computer and login to your Roku address using that email address. Any subscriptions you have should be listed. If you forgot your password you can set a new password.
