I have the exact same issue, riku sent my remote with incomplete address and now I can't contact anyone to get the issue corrected.
Out is absolutely ridiculous that there is no email, no phone number, no direct tailoring. I paid my money, and Rokus inability to label a pkg correctly, not to mention offer love customer support is unconscionable.
I need real HELP, or refund my money.

@EIAR If you entered your address as carefully as you wrote this post it may not be Roku that labeled the package incorrectly. There is a phone number where you can speak directly to Roku, also an email address, and chat support.
