I also placed an order but on 8/29. I was charged but nothing has shipped. Did you ever get your issue resolved? I sat on chat support for 10 minutes until I got a call and the chat was disconnected.

I have the same issue - No communication from Roku?? I have emailed and called but I have not gotten any response. They have charged my credit card but no shipment info was sent.
