Placed an order and didnt recieve it.

I placed an order on February 28th. I checked the tracking yesterday and it still says it's pending acceptance in California. I've tried contacting the post office but they won't allow me to talk to anyone because they haven't accepted the package yet. I've tried contacting roku a few times to no avail. How can I solve this?
