Roku canceled my order after saying everything was in stock and processing

I got an email a day after I placed my order saying there was an issue with it and it had to be canceled. To wait 7 or more days for the refund to show up as well. They will not tell me what the issue is, and I cannot contact them. Has anyone else had this experience?
