Sure, I can't speak to customer service but you can make sure someone on here is monerting the foul language! I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE1

2 STARZ ACCOUNTS. I am being charged for 2 STARZ subdcriptions. I have a 6 mo subscription.

I have a 6 mo subscription to STARZ until May 25. 

why am I being charged $10.95 a mo which renews Nov 21?  I tried to cancel thd auto renew but it says I cant because i have an ongoing acct. 

my STARZ is a 6 mo subscription paid for until next May. 

please help.   Thank you.

May we know what is the description of the charge? Sometimes, a charge may not be recognizable because the app or provider name may be charged through the parent company or developer that created the app.

If “Roku,” “Roku for,” or "The Roku Channel" is not referenced, it’s not a charge from Roku. For more information about a charge that didn’t come from Roku, contact your bank or card issuer.

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on what to do if there is a charge you don't recognize on your Roku account
