Peacock Being Billed through Roku, but my Roku Account Showws No active Subscriptions

Peacock Being Billed through Roku, but my Roku Account Shows No active Subscriptions.  I don't see a path to get to a Roku human to help resolve. 

 

I am trying to cancel Peacock.  On their portal, it says Managed by Roku (an, my billing statement matches that).  But, my Roku account shows no active subscriptions. Thx.

@terry_weatherho Is it possible you have more than one Roku account?  If Peacock is working on your Roku device, go to settings, system, about and make sure the email address on the Roku device is the same as the one you used for your Roku account.
