Paying through roku , watching through app directly

So I pay for mgm and britbox through roku... can you sign into the mgm and britbox apps directly? I tried but keeps saying password or email is wrong..

If they have a "Forgot password" option try using your Roku account email address and that option to see if they send you a link to set your password.  Subscriptions through third parties like Roku often come with limitations, so most people here would advise to always subscribe to a service directly with the provider.

I updated/ changed password on hulu but it keeps saying I have to reset …????
