I subscribed to Friendly channel. I was able to cancel the subscription on one device but I’m still getting charged for this channel monthly even though it shows canceled!

You can visit our Account-Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. There should be an option to talk to one of our live representatives.

@Bullybabe Removing a channel from a device will NOT cancel the channel. Login to your Roku account on a phone or computer and go to your subscriptions. When you find the subscription you can cancel there. If you did not subscribe through Roku you need to go the Friendly website and cancel the subsription.
