@LaJaT If you can login to your Disney account on a computer and click on the profile icon in the upper right corner. Select account and you should be able to see who is billing you for Disney.

I think I understand what may be happening now. At least for some people. Go to your Roku account and click on “my subscriptions.” This is where you should see all of your current active channels, how much they cost, and the next date of payment. That is where I found all of my Roku channels *except* Disney +. The confusion is that Disney plus was NOT one of my Roku channels.
Next go to the end of your subscriptions to the part that says “Don’t see your subscription?” and it says to click on the highlighted area if you want to know about netflix, sling, disney, and hulu. Roku says these channels are not part of Roku. But I think that is now inaccurate information. Click there and use your passwords for hulu and disney for how things are currently being billed.
What I found is that one credit card of mine was billed for Hulu but that the CC I use for Roku channels was billed for Disney plus. The credit card receipt said “Roku for Disney…”
It is extremely confusing and initially I freaked seeing an almost $200 extra charged to my one credit card. This was an annual charge and thankfully not just for a month. It does appear to me that Roku and Disney have some sort of partnership but it is not clearly stated.
To make things even more confusing are the bundles. Disney stuff is now on Hulu but it isn’t the same as having the Disney channel. And Disney has Hulu programs on there but it isn’t the same as having the Hulu channel and it is also very different from having Hulu plus live TV with tons of live programming. To make matters even worse you suddenly have this Disney Hulu bundle with the same password for both separate channels.
Take a close look at which channels you had before this bundle nonsense and how you paid for them and compare to what you are being charged now. Look for if it is a monthly or annual charge. Look at whether the name Roku appears on the charge. I’m not done investigating but this is what I have deduced so far.
