Paramount Plus won't open for me. I have paid subscription

I paid for a years subscription on 10/14/2024 and have yet to be able to access the channel.... Please help

We'd like to know more about you having an issue accessing your subscription.

Where are you accessing the subscription? Is it via the Roku Channel or through a standalone app? 

Please be advised that subscriptions purchased on the Channel Store use your Roku account's email and password or the email and password of a separate account managed directly with the channel provider. If you had an account with your provider prior to purchasing your Roku device, the username and password associated with your subscription is managed directly with your channel provider.

Paramount plus is a massive scam it has nothing to do with Paramount network. They are currently practicing false advertisements for Yellowstone.  Roku should not be selling subscriptions to a fraudulent network that also has a barely operational platform.  If you pay for any subscription through Roku all sales are final.  I will no longer subscribe to anything through Roku
