We'd like to know more about you having an issue accessing your subscription.
Where are you accessing the subscription? Is it via the Roku Channel or through a standalone app?
Please be advised that subscriptions purchased on the Channel Store use your Roku account's email and password or the email and password of a separate account managed directly with the channel provider. If you had an account with your provider prior to purchasing your Roku device, the username and password associated with your subscription is managed directly with your channel provider.
