We're here to assist you regarding this. Kindly perform a system restart to clear the cache on your Roku streaming devices since there is already an active subscription on your account. To do this, kindly navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if not sub-menu) > System Restart. Once performed, kindly check to see if you're able to access the contents of the channel.
