Unable to sign into Acorn TV

I have an existing Acorn TV subscription purchased directly thru Acorn TV and roku does not allow me to log in, it comes up only with the option to subscribe.  

I was successful signing into Netflix, Amazon and Apple by simply scanning the bar code.  Acorn TV on the Roku tv does not have this option.

 

Please advise how I can access my Acorn TV on my Roku tv.

If you search the "Streaming Store" on your Roku device for "acorn" you'll see two apps.  Make sure you're using the one that doesn't say "on RokuChannel".
