I have never had so much trouble changing a subscription. I went in to change our Paramount to our Walmart plus account and all it did was change our current subscription to monthly, and still charged us $99. Now I have to wait a YEAR to change anything on my account. Makes no sense!!

In general, all subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable. You should contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus and maybe they can help you.
