New Payment information will not update.
I need to update my credit card information. I keep getting the message that I have active subscriptions. I tried 3 different cards. So I cancelled the subscriptions, 2 of which expire in March 2025. So I still cannot update the subscription. This is the most frustrating process for handling customer issues. AI sucks.
By the way, there is no issue posted that addresses this.

@dede25 I would suggest going to the Roku Customer support page as this is a community forum of mostly users. Go to the support page, find the contact Roku (agent support) look for accounts, payments, subscriptions and then hit problem with billing or something to that affect and you should be able to chat/talk with Roku support.
