I have been trying to get in contact with a Roku representative for 2 days now with no luck. I had to switch my cc# due to lost card and now (even with updated cc#) can't watch my subscriptions. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? Thanks

want roku to take out my payment for april. I still cannot get on. Roku site does shoe payment coming out 4/23/2025. Please he3lp

If you're still unable to access the app even though you are already charged for its subscription, please try contacting our Account and Subscription team.
You can reach them by visiting our Roku support website and clicking on the Check Support Option below.
Also, double-check the email address you use to pay for your subscription to see if it matches the email address you used to subscribe before.
