How do I handle a updated payment? Updated information and still nothing

I have been trying to get in contact with a Roku representative for 2 days now with no luck. I had to switch my cc# due to lost card and now (even with updated cc#)  can't watch my subscriptions. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? Thanks
