Need assistance with customer service to check the status of an order

I'm having the same problem. I placed and order and it does noit show up on the Ruko site as being ordwered. I can't find out how to contact Roku?

Re: Placed an order and didnt recieve it.

All I get is a run around on my order . Each department keeps sending me to another department.

I have never had such terrible customer service.
