NFHS subscription is not allowing me to view live events

I purchased an $11.99 subscription to NFHS but is not allowing me to view any of its live events even though it shows that I purchased it.

For more information about that channel's features, contents, and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
