My peacock TV has been put on hold.

My payment method had expired as of the first of this month, of which I forgot, until my subscription didn't renew. After having changed my billing information, my account is apparently on hold! It will not let me renew cancel or whatever to get peacock TV back!! I've already chatted with somebody in India from peacock TV they referred me to this place which apparently I can't talk to you somebody in India or anywhere in the world to get my service back. Is anyone out there wise enough to know what my next step should be?

We noticed you're experiencing an unexpected error when resubscribing to Peacock TV. Rest assured that we'll help you resolve this so you can get back to streaming in no time.

If the subscription is still on hold after updating the payment method and you're subscribed directly through Roku, try to sign in, then sign out again to the Peacock app inside The Roku Channel. However, if the subscription is directly through the channel provider, you may go to their website, manually update the Payment Method, and resubscribe directly through the channel provider. You can also reach out to their support team for further assistance.
