Ever since HBO max transitioned over to Max, every time I go to stream on it I am signed into a random account with usernames and profiles I do no recognize. The email address that’s logged in is not mine, either. I am able to fully stream on it and everything. I have signed out of the other account and into mine each time, and upon signing into my account everything is as it should be until I go to stream again and I’m signed back into the same random account. This only happens on one of my Roku tv’s and not any of the others.

In addition, we have the option to resolve this issue remotely by signing out from the channel and then signing back in again. It is important to note that you must have your account credentials before signing out so you won't have any problems when signing back in. However, kindly be informed that you will have to do this multiple times to resolve this accurately.
