Re: Is this really a legitimate customer service represenatative?
@Mikenapier this isn't a thread to post your question, as it's a completely different topic. I suggest creating a new thread, and make sure you provide more details such as the Roku model number, how it is powered and anything seen on the screen.

Re: Is this really a legitimate customer service represenatative?
Why don't you have a phone number to contact you????. After over a YEAR of you charging my bank account $5.33 every month-I could not figure out how to contact you or stop your company from charging my bank account. My bank couldn't even find a phone number for your company. So now your company has made over $70 off me. Any way to get a refund???

Re: Is this really a legitimate customer service represenatative?
@Tinygir please read the previous posts. You can confirm if you have any subscriptions through Roku on your Roku user account page. https://my.roku.com. If you are paying through Roku, it will be listed here and you can adjust/cancel any subscription there.
If there's nothing listed on that page, then you are not being billed by Roku. It doesn't matter if the CC statement says Roku, because scammers can put anything they want on the bill.
If it's listed on your user page, then cancel it there. If it's not, you're being scammed and you need to contact your CC company to contest the charges and request a replacement CC with a new number.

@LanettaKing745 never, ever post your personal information (email and/or phone number) on a public forum like this. Edit your post immediately and remove them. Click the three vertical dots to the right of your post and select Edit reply.
Scammers look for information like this. It is highly unlikely Roku will contact you this way, but entirely possible that a thief might. If someone calls you claiming to be Roku and asks for either your account password or payment for helping you, hang up immediately, because Roku would never ask for that.
