In May, I signed up for a 2-month deal on Wondrium through Roku, which required signing up for an account through Wondrium's website.
In June, Wondrium changed its name (back) to The Great Courses Plus.
A few days ago, I cancelled the auto-renew on this subscription. Roku's subscription page says it will not auto-renew. The subscription management option on my Roku device (star on the remote) says it will not auto-renew. My account on The Great Courses Plus website says the subscription will end on July 20th.
AND YET, Roku sent me an email reminder that on July 20th, I'll be charged the regular price for this subscription, unless I turn off auto-renew - which I can't, because it's already turned off.
Is the email just a glitch related to the app's name change? How do I make sure that the subscription is actually off and that I won't be charged?
