I can't renew Disney+ plus help

I've called Disney plus they can't help it says my Disney Plus account is on hold when I'm on TV I would like to watch Disney plus cuz my son wants to please help

Are you paying for it through Roku, or direct with Disney+? Any idea of why it is on hold? Did a credit/debit card expire or need updating?
