I can’t change my tv into my user info

I bought my RCA ROKU TV used and it still shows the original owner as the user, ans well as their credit card info.  I added the device to my account but their info is still there. What am I missing?

You have to factory reset the TV under Settings->System->Advanced system settings and link it to your Roku account once it restarts.
