Roku email rec'd in August and then November with conflicting info

I received an email from Roku in August with the subject line "Information About Your Account" telling me they are pleased to inform me that starting in October, the regular price of our yearly plan is decreasing from $64.99 to $59.49 and that this change will take effect on my next billing date beginning 11/24/24.

Then I receive an email in November with the subject line "A reminder about your Fox Nation subscription" which proceeded to tell me that "We're reaching out to remind you that your special off price is ending soon and starting on Nov 24, 2024, I'll be charged the regular price of $64.99/Annual.

So...please tell me why you are not honoring the email sent in August?

We see that you got charged incorrectly. In this case, you may contact our Account and Billing team to check the charge on your account and provide you with further information. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.

We hope this will be sorted out soon.
