I have an unauthorized charge for britbox on my account today. I did not order this. I have not received an email confirming an order, and can't get anyone on phone from roku. How do I fix this? Reporting to bank as fraud now.

That doesn’t work. This company should be shut down.
This does not help in anyway. This link leads me to a dead end with no solution. I have a charge for roku on my debit card that was not made by me or anyone I know and need this fixed.
@Kaila, check your purchases and subscriptions at https://my.roku.com . If none are shown call your financial institution and dispute the charge.

We have already done the factory reset and everything else that this website has said to do. This person wanted to email me a link to report our experience with the scammers. If its for real, we would like to help. Otherwise we will ignore it. Thank you for your time. DAO
