Hey everyone,
There are different ways to manage or cancel subscriptions, depending on how you signed up for them:
-
App subscriptions through Roku: Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions to manage or cancel your subscription. You can also do this directly on your Roku device, but not through the Roku mobile app.
-
Disney+, Hulu, or Sling TV subscriptions: Contact Disney+ (888-905-7888), Hulu (877-824-4858), or Sling TV (888-394-6698) directly for management or cancellation, or for billing questions, even if Roku is billing you.
-
App subscriptions: Contact the streaming service directly for support.
For more information, check out this article: How to manage or cancel subscriptions on Roku.
If you confirm the app subscription is through Roku and still need help, please reach out to Roku Support.
Happy Streaming! 💜
Thanks,
The Roku Community Team

Re: unable to cancel Peacock account
I signed up for Peacock about six weeks ago to watch the Packers game. That's all I wanted and I was willing to pay for a month.. I don't want it anymore but I can't cancel. My credit card says it is billed by Roku, but my Roku account says I have no active subscriptions. I am livid at the time I have spent on this and having to pay more than one month.
Can you help me?

Re: unable to cancel Peacock account
Hi, @meythaler.
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We thank you for bringing this to us. We'd be happy to assist you in canceling your subscription.
Have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming device? This is to ensure that you use the same email address when signing in to the website. To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.
Here are the steps to cancel a subscription:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to My Subscriptions.
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
You may also cancel the subscription through your streaming device, visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription
We hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if you still have any questions.
Regards,
Reynan

Re: How to contact Roku Support?
@Sandrahartlet any subscription that is made through Roku can be managed/cancelled on your Roku user web page (https://my.roku.com). If you don't see a subscription there, then it's not through Roku.

Re: How to contact Roku Support?
@Jhaynes please, edit that post with your phone number and email. It is extremely dangerous to post that information on a public forum. Click the three dots to the right of the post and select edit.
Contest the charge with your CC company, and tell them you will not pay any charges from that biller. That will wake up whoever is billing you. If they are crooks, you'll never hear from them. If it's legit, they will contact you and try to work it out.
