How to cancel Roku findstep channel maker ?

Jump to solution

I am being charged for findstep channel maker and it says it’s coming from Roku. I cannot find anywhere that I am signed up for this and I want this charge to stop so how to I get in contact with someone from your company to help me with this. ?? I am very mad about this it’s ridiculous that charges just start popping up when you haven’t even subscribed this will make Roku lose customers if this keeps happening

@Smiller006, if you sign into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About, do you see any subscriptions listed there?  If so, one of them might be that charge.  The description that's shown in your Roku account may not match the description on your billing statement that can literally say anything.  If you want help from Roku, start with account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus.
