Re: subscriptions/ Cancellation my subscription
I want to cancel my Roku account itself, not a third party subscription though Roku (I have none).

Re: subscriptions/ Cancellation my subscription
I want to cancel anything to do with roku because you are over charging and charging me for things I didn't order. If this keeps going on I will take legal action.

Re: How do i speak to someone live about subscriptions and Cancellation
Hi, @msrose1985.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We understand that you wanted to cancel your subscription. No worries, we're here to help.
There are two ways to cancel a subscription, via the website and through your streaming player.
Here are the steps via the website:
- Sign in to my.roku.com
- Go to My Subscriptions.
- Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.
To cancel the subscription through your streaming player, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription
Hope this helps!

Re: How do i speak to someone live about subscriptions and Cancellation
Roku shows I have no subscriptions yet I keep being billed, Peacock says it’s billed by Roku. I keep trying to cancel and Roku has no subscriptions, Peacock says it is Roku fault…
want my money back!!! And your detailed steps to cancel obviously don’t cover my issue. I follow the steps and keep getting same message!! NO SUBSCRIPTIONS
