Canceling my Max subscription
I want to cancel my Max subscription. When I go through my Max account, it says you are billed through Roku and redirects me to the Roku website. However, I did not even have an account on Roku with the email address I have on Max. So, I built one. But still, when I go to my subscriptions, Max is not there. How can I cancel my Max subscription???? Why is it so easy to subscribe and so hard to cancel a subscription???

Go into the Max app, scroll down to settings and then subscriptions and see what you can do there. If that doesn't work, you might want to try logging into Max on a computer and see if that is easier.

Thank you for posting this. I’m having the exact same issue! When I go to Max it says billed through Roku. When I go to Roku shows no Max subscription. I go back to Max and try to “change the plan” and there’s a note that says go to my.roku,com to manage auto renewals. It’s one big loop!
HOW CAN WE CANCEL MAX through Roku if it’s not showing?!

@Dsmil4u, if you highlight the Max icon on your Home Screen and press * on your Roku remote do you get an option to "Manage subscription"?
