Hey @dancebev,

I understand your confusion. Your subscription is billed via Roku but managed by Disney Plus. I highly suggest contacting Disney Support.

BTW I cannot use the contact feature bc I "don't have an acct".

I have gone into both mine and my husbands past disney accts to fine this subcscription but the only place it shows up is on ROKU!
