Thanks for posting to the Roku Community!
To cancel your Roku subscription, please follow these steps:
- Go to the website,
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Active Subscription
- Turn off Auto-Renew
To cancel a subscription directly on your device, Here's How:
- Go to Home
- Highlight the App
- Press the Star * button
- Press Manage Subscription and Turn off Auto-Renew
Once you cancel your subscription, you won't be charged again. Take a look at this link for more info and instructions.
