We noticed that you wanted help removing your bank information from your Roku Account, and we are more than happy to assist you.
To remove a Payment Method to your Roku Account:
- Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
- If prompted, Sign in to your Roku account.
- Click or tap the Update button under the Payment Method section.
- Click or tap Remove payment method at the bottom of the page.
You can take these steps to ensure that the credit card information on your Roku device is removed.
