Just so you know, you can see what purchases and subscriptions you've made through Roku by logging into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.
Need to talk about my account. 5.99 was coming out of my checking but for the last 3 month nothing has come out. Why

I currently have a Roku account. I want to upgrade my payment method. The only Way that I can do that is to visit your site and sign in using an email that no longer existS. All I wanted to do is change my email address
How do I do it
@Bobondan, you should be able to log into the account without having access to the email account as long as you know the Roku account password. Find the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About and enter it as the username at https://my.roku.com/signin. It will offer to send an email as verification, but you can also use the "Try verifying another way" link which uses the last five characters of the Device ID also displayed under Settings->System->About.
If you don't know the Roku account password, you'll have to go through https://support.roku.com/contactus and try the option for account issues.
