When I get on my account it says I have no subscriptions. I am being charged for 2 and I want to cancel one. I don’t know how I could have 2 accounts or how to find them. I just want to talk to customer service. Can someone please help me figure it out or give me a number to call.
thank you!
What is the full description of these charges as they show on your statement?
The account each Roku is tied to is identified by the email address shown via Settings > System > About. If you have more than one Roku, check this on all of them to be sure they are all linked to the same account.
Log into https://my.roku.com for each of the account(s) you identify above. You can check your subscriptions and past payments there.
Bear in mind that any scammers that have gotten hold of your CC or bank account info can hit you with bogus charges and label them anything they like. If they say they're from Roku that doesn't necessarily mean they actually are from Roku. They typically try to make them look as legitimate as possible in the hope you won't question them.
The Roku folks who can best help with billing issues seldom frequent these forums. Your best bet is to contact the Roku Billing folks directly through the Account-Billing Support page at https://support.roku.com/contactus/. Choose the option for "Account, payments & subscriptions".
