Help!!! I need some help!!! I never purchased any product from you!! An email says I own 2 rokus!!

Can someone help me?? I have been scamed,  I own a fire stick..no roku, an email says I bought scrip for hbo

Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!

As you mentioned that you are concerned about an email that you have a subscription, is that correct?

As a first step. have you verified that you currently do not have any active subscriptions by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions?
