Getting charged for Roku Warner media $16.99

I keep getting charged for Warner Med $16.99, looked on subscription and it’s not listed, how do I get this charge taken care of?

We appreciate you reaching us about the unrecognized charge on your account that you want to cancel. We're here to help.

Here are the steps to cancel a subscription:

  1. Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions
  2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel. 
  3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew.
    Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

If you're unable to see the charge, ou may try checking the email address associated with your streaming device. To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to manage or cancel subscriptions through Roku

I am also getting charged for CBS INT and Warner and it will not cancel or show that I can cancel in any tab I have looked at. Your customer service sucks. I want to speak to a person. The fact I can't call anyone pisses me off

Have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming device when signing in to the website? To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.
