Fanduel (previously Bally Sports)

I got a bill through Roku for Fanduel.  I thought I had cancelled BallySports.  At any rate when I went to Roku to cancel, neither the Fanduel or BallySports subscription is showing.  When I go to Fanduel they say I need to cancel through Roku.  A classic Catch 22.  Any suggestions?  Apparently there is no way to communicate with either.

Have you tried checking the email address associated with your Roku account? To check: Home > Settings > System > About.

If you're still having trouble locating the subscription, you can contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll then have the option to call or chat with us.

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

We hope this will be sorted out soon.
