My credit card was charged for $8.53 without my ordering anything. Charge reads Roku.

Even though your account settings may read "Always require a PIN to make purchases and to add items from the Channel Store" contact support. They had to set a PIN for me for protection as my little ones were still able to make purchases without authorization.
It is not more effective to use your many useless options. You can't cancel something you are being charged for if it isn't on your account to delete. But you keep getting charged for it every month. There is no way to get through the computer system blocking mechanism to find an answer to stop these monthly charges.
@acoons Your account may read "Require a PIN to make purchases." It says nothing about add items from the Channel Store. If you had checked require a PIN to make purchases and your "little ones" were still able to make purchases either they knew the PIN or made purchases from some channel and not from Roku. I don't think Roku can/will set a PIN for anyone. You must check the option and select the PIN. Sorry but I don't think what you are sharing is accurate information.
