Got charged for a product I was buying but the transaction froze

I was trying to purchase an outdoor camera.  Entered all my data and hit purchase.  The screen froze and never went thru because my account says I didn't purchase anything yet my card was charged.  I need my product or a refund.  Smh

I understand that you tried to check out a device from the website but it didn’t go through, yet you still got charged. No worries—if the order didn’t process, that charge should be reversed in a few days. If you haven't heard anything about the charge yet, just let us know!
