Disney plus says not subscribed

Same issue here. Added Disney Plus through my Roku account over a week ago, money came out of my account. When I try to log into Disney Plus on my Roku device, it says I am not subscribed and wants me to enter my payment info... don't want to pay for it twice! How do I fix this? Thanks!

  • Have you make sure you're logging into the correct Disney+ account that is linked with your Roku account?
  • Have you previously able to access the Disney+ channel before?
