Disney Plus subscription saying not subscribed

Hi,

I have subscription to Disney+ but on one of my Roku devices it's telling me I'm not subscribed. It's working on other Roku devices and my subscription is current and active (verified on roku.com). I tried resetting the device and reactivating everything. What could be missing? This is on an Express 4k+. Help!

Are all your devices linked to the same Roku account?  Check the email address displayed under Settings->System->About on each Roku device.

I checked, and the other device (an Express HD) doesn't show an email in the settings. This device which isn't working does have an email address and it's the correct one, it's the one I log into Roku with to manage settings. I wonder if it could have something to do with the type of device? I'd expect a 4k+ to be even more capable that an HD+ though...

Doesn't show an email address?  That's very odd.  What does show under Settings->System->About?  What's the model number displayed?
