NESN 360 subscription does not renew when it's supposed to renew.

My subscription to NESN 360 is supposed to renew on June 30th.  When I try to watch NESN June 30th, I get a message that says Oops something went wrong with your payment method.  Is it because I use a credit card rather than a debit card?

Credit cards should work.  Are you sure it's not expired?  Maybe try to remove your payment method and add it again.
